The Brief.

Concept Agreement.

Once we understand your goals, we create a Concept Agreement that outlines the steps involved in carrying out your project.

Concept Report.

We start speaking with knowledgeable consultants, builders, and suppliers to compile a Concept Report that is extremely detailed. This useful document lists the components of the project that must be produced, along with their due dates, recipients, and costs. Early consultation with other professionals improves the efficiency of designs and lowers the possibility that later, expensive building design modifications would be necessary. You will be provided with a full description of the construction supplies and machinery, a ballpark estimate, and an initial schedule for the major project milestones.

Detailed Design.

We are able to promptly respond to any scope or design modifications after the client has seen the report. Any budgetary effects of adjustments will be immediately taken into consideration. The accepted Concept Report is incorporated into our construction contract once the design is complete. Clients can choose between open book and fixed price, and we can go over the advantages and disadvantages of each contract type with you.

Pre-Construction.

Our delivery team, which includes the project manager and site manager, has been assembled. We handle all legislative approvals, such as resource and construction permit applications, regional authority details, and make things simple for your team. Additionally, we create a purchasing strategy for you that will make it easier to locate the resources your building requires. The setup of your site, including surveying, fencing, access to and from the site, amenities, and signs, is subsequently handled by our project team.

Construction.

Additionally, to provide you with more thorough updates, a monthly Project Control Group (PCG) hui is held.
